EcoQuest: Industry
Pioneer
EcoQuest
vs
Other EE Games
EcoQuest links in-game incentives with real-life electricity consumption reduction to connect literacy with behavior change and allow students to visualize their impact.

From Gaming Delight to Lifelong Lessons.
EcoQuest delivers NetZero@School's student-based energy literacy curriculum into an engaging match-three game. Unlike other environmental education games, which our user interviewees said overemphasized content delivery over engagement, EcoQuest brings users the "golden balance" between engagement and education.
Haydn Mangione, an alpha-tester, said, "The education EcoQuest provides doesn't feel forced like traditional education or other educational games. I feel like I'm choosing to learn these topics because I enjoy the game."
Growth Projection
At the 3-year mark, EcoQuest achieves a 70% profit margin, making the business model highly sustainable and scalable.

Product Roadmap
_edited.png)
Domestically, EcoQuest will scale up with NetZero@School, and internationally, we will reach out to school environmental clubs to gauge interest. As we continue to reach out to more schools, EcoQuest will develop its game based on alpha-testing and beta-testing feedback. Additional features will include more tiles and various gameplay mechanics.

EcoQuest's Market Size
EcoQuest will begin with a 20K user pool by distributing to 50 NetZero@School clients with 400 students each. We will be branching out to other schools in Korea, including NetZero@School. At the three-year mark, we aim to distribute to 260 domestic schools to achieve a 104K user pool. Eventually, we aim to distribute to all Korean schools, which adds up to 9.5 million students.
Internationally, we plan to reach out to school environmental clubs to gauge interest in the beginning stages. Given current climate action trends that have begun to emphasize demand management and the growing call for EE in schools, EcoQuest operates in a potent market that has 254 million possible customers.
